Which is the dating app for wealthy singles?

Putting dating app for wealthy singles to the group. What nobody mentions about dating app is how obvious the scripted replies are day to day.

The frustrating thing about dating app is that it works differently by region, so I would rather ask people than read another list. My rule with dating app: whether the activity is real or recycled once you are past sign-up first, everything else second.

How I'd approach dating app before committing:

  • Count how quickly a scripted account gives itself away before deciding whether it is worth paying for
  • Track how the web version differs from the app before you commit any time to it
  • Time what happens to your visibility after a week of silence against what the marketing page claims

For those of you deep into dating app, what did the first week look like? Glowing reviews and horror stories all fine here. Recent write-ups are worth more than any review site.

Going to push back on @Gabriel Young here. Dating app behaved very differently for me. For dating app, how much of the traffic is automated on mobile is the difference between useful and a waste of an evening.

What I actually check with dating app if you're short on time:

  • Work out what happens to your visibility after a week of silence against what the marketing page claims
  • Sanity-check what share of the layout is advertising on mobile data, not office wifi
  • Verify what the block and report flow actually does on the first evening, not the first month

Two weeks in, how the pricing is structured in practice day to day is what actually mattered for dating app.

That's been my experience with dating app, anyway.

Not the answer anyone wants: dating app depends almost entirely on your city. You can ignore most of the marketing around dating app and just check how quickly a new profile gets noticed outside the big cities. Datescout (datescout.site) came up in a similar thread last month.

That's been my experience with dating app — happy to be argued with.

Short version: dating app gets recommended a lot here and that's half right. I judge dating app almost entirely on how many accounts are real outside the big cities. Genuinely surprised by Souldate these days after low expectations.

The thing that decides it for dating app is what share of matches go nowhere in practice.

That's my read on dating app — happy to be argued with.

@Nathan that matches the marketing for dating app, not what I found using it. Anyone comparing dating app should be looking at how thin it gets in smaller towns day to day before anything else. I ran the same test on Datenest right now and got a cleaner result.

That's how dating app went for me, anyway.

Going against the thread here: there's a version of dating app that works, and it isn't the default one. Where dating app falls down for me is whether the profiles hold up under scrutiny.

If you're evaluating dating app, start with how photo permissions are handled at the times you actually log in — everything else follows.

That's how dating app went for me — happy to be argued with.

Respectfully @Henry, dating app hasn't worked like that in my experience. The only metric I trust with dating app is how thin it gets in smaller towns in practice.

The honest test for dating app is whether the free plan is usable or decorative, not the feature list.

That's how dating app went for me; ask if you want the detail.

@EmilyG that is fair in a big city, but dating app is a different story outside one. Anyone comparing dating app should be looking at where the paywall actually sits before anything else. Compared it against datelink.online for about a week.

That's the honest picture of dating app, anyway.
