Community conduct

Community threads are open to disagreement. They are not open to harassment, targeted abuse, or posting other members' personal details. Reported content is reviewed and removed where it breaches these rules.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that you will meet anyone, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that every profile is genuine, although we act on reports.

Termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms. You can close your account at any time.

Community threads and your posts

Threads on this site are member discussions. They are indexed publicly and readable without an account, which means anything you post may be found by search engines. Do not post information you would not want attached to your display name indefinitely. You can ask us to remove a post you wrote.

Some outbound links on this site are commercial. Following one takes you to a service we do not operate, with its own terms, its own privacy policy and its own pricing. We are not a party to any agreement you enter into there, and we cannot resolve billing or account disputes on another platform.

Reporting and enforcement

Reports are reviewed by a person. Enforcement ranges from removing a single post to closing an account permanently, depending on what happened. Repeat breaches, and any attempt to contact a member who has blocked you, result in removal without further warning.

To the extent permitted by law, FlurryDate is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site, including anything that happens between members on or off the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
