Wanted to get some real answers on how to find a free live webcam for a casual chat. I judge live webcam almost entirely on whether it is genuinely free or free until you try to reply in practice.

Two weeks in, whether moderation keeps up with the fakes after the first week is what actually mattered for live webcam.
