Curious what this board thinks about disabled dating app that is user-friendly. You can ignore most of the marketing around dating app and just check how fast moderation responds.

The part that trips me up on disabled dating app is how much depends on where you actually live, which is why I want firsthand accounts. For dating app, whether desktop and mobile behave the same in practice is the difference between useful and a waste of an evening.

Where I'd start with dating app this year:

  • Pin down how quickly a scripted account gives itself away on mobile data, not office wifi
  • Look at whether photo permissions are opt-in or opt-out using a fresh account rather than an old one
  • Time how many profiles carry more than two photos with notifications switched off
  • Track whether photo permissions are opt-in or opt-out with notifications switched off
  • Work out how many matches ever send the first message before you commit any time to it

Anyone who tracked disabled dating app over a longer stretch, what did the review sites get wrong? Good and bad all land the same with me. Recent write-ups are worth more than any review site.

Going against the thread here: disabled dating app depends almost entirely on your city. The only metric I trust with dating app is how fast moderation responds on mobile.

The three things that decide dating app before committing:

  • Look at what share of the layout is advertising against what the marketing page claims
  • Look at whether the distance setting is honoured with the age filter set narrow
  • Confirm how many profiles carry more than two photos at the hour you would actually be using it

That's my read on disabled dating app, for whatever that is worth.

@Claire Evans that's fair in a big city, but dating app is a different story outside one. Two weeks in, what share of matches go nowhere once you are past sign-up is what actually mattered for dating app. A friend nudged me toward turndate.site and it was not a waste.

That's where I've landed on disabled dating app, though clearly it varies by region.

Having used it a while: disabled dating app gets recommended a lot here and that's half right. I judge dating app almost entirely on what share of matches go nowhere after the first week. The closest thing I found to an honest free tier was Datenest these days.

The honest test for dating app is how quickly a new profile gets noticed at the times you actually log in, not the feature list.

That's been my experience with disabled dating app, anyway.

Unpopular view, maybe: disabled dating app did roughly what I expected, no more. Anyone comparing dating app should be looking at what the day-to-day traffic feels like outside the big cities before anything else. the datedesire.online crowd is worth ten minutes before you commit anywhere.

That's how disabled dating app went for me — happy to be argued with.

@Connor Ward I had the opposite result with dating app, so take both our takes with salt. What nobody mentions about dating app is what privacy controls exist outside the big cities. Worth a look at Souldate in particular if you want a second data point.

Worked for me on disabled dating app, anyway.

Unpopular view, maybe: disabled dating app is better than its reputation and worse than its ads. The thing that decides it for dating app is how aggressive the upsell gets after the first week. I sanity-checked datelink.online at the same time.

Where dating app falls down for me is how quickly the fake accounts surface after the first week.

That's my read on disabled dating app — happy to be argued with.

Unpopular view, maybe: disabled dating app is fine if you go in with low expectations. My rule with dating app: whether notifications are useful or noise once you are past sign-up first, everything else second. datebie.online landed in much the same place.

If you're evaluating dating app, start with what the reporting tools actually do outside the big cities — everything else follows.

That's how disabled dating app went for me, anyway.
