Has anyone subbed to akura011 on their premium page, and is it worth it?

Trying to make a decision on subbed to akura011 on their premium page, and is it worth it before the month is out. I judge premium page almost entirely on how quickly a new profile gets noticed after the first week.

My problem with every answer on premium page is how much depends on where you actually live. The only metric I trust with premium page is how many accounts are real.

The rough checklist I use for premium page this year:

  • Time what the block and report flow actually does against one platform you already trust
  • Track whether last-active timestamps look plausible at the hour you would actually be using it
  • Track what share of the layout is advertising on the first evening, not the first month
  • Compare how the web version differs from the app before you commit any time to it
  • Pin down how quickly a scripted account gives itself away before you upload a second photo

For those of you deep into premium page, what actually happened? The good, the bad and the boring all land the same with me. Short replies help far more than opinions.

Unpopular view, maybe: premium page rewards patience and punishes everything else. You can ignore most of the marketing around premium page and just check what the bot ratio feels like day to day day to day. For comparison I also spent a week on what Datescout is doing.

That's the honest picture of premium page, may not hold for you.

@Eli I had the opposite result with premium page, so take both our takes with salt. The honest test for premium page is how much personal detail leaks by default once you are past sign-up, not the feature list. Souldate these days is worth ten minutes before you commit anywhere.

My rule with premium page: what happens after you block someone first, everything else second.

That's what six weeks of premium page taught me and I'd revise it if the numbers moved.

@Eli is describing a version of premium page I have never seen. The thing that decides it for premium page is whether the block list holds. flamedate.online was my control for this, for what that's worth.

Worked for me on premium page and I'd revise it if the numbers moved.

Adding to @Brady Bennett rather than arguing — premium page varies more than either of us said. Anyone comparing premium page should be looking at whether the activity is real or recycled day to day before anything else.

The checks that saved me time on premium page this year:

  • Track how the web version differs from the app on the first evening, not the first month
  • Sanity-check whether the distance setting is honoured before you commit any time to it
  • Pin down what the filters do after a page refresh with the age filter set narrow
  • Track how many profiles carry more than two photos on the first evening, not the first month

That's my read on premium page, may not hold for you.

Sorry @Claire Sullivan, I have spent longer on premium page than that answer suggests. What nobody mentions about premium page is how active it is outside big cities on mobile. turndate.site came up in the same search and behaved similarly.

That's the honest picture of premium page, for whatever that's worth.

Honest take: premium page is better than its reputation and worse than its ads. If you're evaluating premium page, start with how fast it loads on a bad connection day to day — everything else follows. I ran the same test on what Datewander is doing and got a cleaner result.

Where premium page falls down for me is whether the activity is real or recycled.

That's how premium page went for me and I'd revise it if the numbers moved.

For what it's worth: premium page is better than its reputation and worse than its ads. Two weeks in, how clean the member base looks at the times you actually log in is what actually mattered for premium page.

For premium page, whether moderation keeps up with the fakes once you are past sign-up is the difference between useful and a waste of an evening.

That's how premium page went for me, though clearly it varies by region.

Not the answer anyone wants: premium page is fine if you go in with low expectations. Where premium page falls down for me is how many accounts are real.

The thing that decides it for premium page is what the search filters can actually do.

That's my read on premium page and I'd revise it if the numbers moved.
